A burglar’s life takes an unexpected turn when he stumbles upon a plaster statue of a woman and is then overpowered by the resident of the house. A special connection develops between burglar and the old man, who fervently wishes to lie next to his deceased wife forever. Together, they decide to take a trip across the Vietnamese desert, a final trip for the old man.
